Do I have to notify before booking that i have a dog (small size)? Or i just book and inform the staff once i arrive there for the check-in?

Hi there! Before book the our hotel, you should give the inform that you have a dog(not more than 10 kg) to staff. Because, if you want to stay in our hotel with dog, you should pay 20,000 each 1 dog and only deluxe double or deluxe twin.

Exceptional
Perfect! It's very awesome hotel. The hotel is located center of Busan. I could enjoy so many hot place and food by only walking! At night time I can use so fast PC in my room. I can use YouTube and Netflix :) I recommend this hotel!

Nice place to stay in the city
* great staff and cleaning services * in great location * the washer and dryer did great job, I had to use the dryer only once to get all clothes dry- it didn't cost muce * nice view
*no closet or dresser in the room, I stayed in the room for 1 week and all clothes stayed in the luggage * no full body mirror * the use of adapter for the phone is hard, the only power socket is put vertically and the adapter falls off

Everything was very clean and cozy!
Everything was very clean and cozy! There were cards in the hotel rooms that you could take with you to help tell taxi drivers where to take you (train station, airport, the beach) and also had the hotel directions on there in both Korean and English. My friends and I have lived here for a few years and we can do that easily in Korean but I imagine it being very helpful for tourists :)
The hotel website that breakfast would be available until 10:30 am, but at 10am there was none served. We tried to go to the massage chair area but we were told we weren't allowed to go in there. Those were the amenities we booked for and we weren't able to get that at all so it was slightly disappointing.
